    1.What is Oil Chiller ?
    Oil Chiller is a reliable working cooling device for cooling hydraulic oil and lubricating oil of processing machines. It cools the hydraulic power pack of the oil by providing a supply of chilled water to circulate and regulate the temperature at a precise value.
    The oil chiller performs cooling work under its efficient working parts, such as brazed plate evaporator, scroll compressor, copper tube condenser with aluminum fins condenser, micro temperature controller, safety device, oil pump and oil tank, etc.

    2.How Does Oil Chiller Works?
    The principle of vaporization and heat absorption of Freon in the evaporator is used for cooling.

    When the oil chiller is working, the oil pump pumps oil from the oil tank in the machine to the evaporator of the oil chiller for heat exchange, and the cold oil is cooled from the cold oil.

    The oil chiller takes the output and sends it back to the storage tank to mix with the hot oil.

    The continuous circulation of oil reduces the temperature of the entire oil tank.

    The temperature controller of the oil chiller automatically controls the opening and closing of the unit through the temperature sensor, so that the oil temperature is automatically constant at the set temperature.

    3.What Are Types Of Oil Chillers ?
    There are two types of precision oil chiller : one is Box Type Oil Chiller ,the other is Immersion oil chiller .
    Box type oil chiller is built with oil pump and oil tank;
    Immersion oil chiller is no built with oil pump and oil tank , it use Stainless steel coil as heat exchange.

    4.What Are The Main Components of Box Typ Oil Chiller ?

     4.1 Compressor
    The compressor is the key mover in Oil Chiller because it produces pressure variations to stir the refrigerant around.
    For 5KW chiller , which is with one unit Panasonic brand compressor, using R410A/R407C refrigerant,this brand compress is with high refrigeration efficiency,low noise ,energy saving,environmental protection and durability,safety and stability.

    4.2 Evaporator
    The evaporator is a crucial component ofOIL chiller, as it is responsible for extracting heat from the liquid being cooled,it is located between the compressor and the expansion valve. There are three types of evaporators :304SS stainless steel plate type + Oil Tank as heat exchanger.

    4.3 Oil Pump
    The oil pump is designed to increase the pressure and the flow of the chilled oil in a closed space.

    The condenser for oilchiller is equipped with efficient cross-seam fins and female threaded copper tubes for high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.Its function is to cool down the refrigerant steam released from the compressor into a liquid or gas-liquid mixture.

    1.How does a chiller system work?
    Chiller has two circulation,one is process water circulation,the other is refrigerant gas circulation.Heat picked up from the process.Heat transfers to refrigerant circulation.Heat is remove to air or water.

    2. How to Choose The Right Oil Chillers ?

    2.1 Cooling Capacity 

    Pls tell us the cooling capacity of oil chiller in KW/Ton/Btu/h /Kcal/h , if you don‘t know please tell us the main power (kw )of your hydraulic sysyem;

    2.2  Power

    Different countries and regions have different standards for industrial electricity, the common power supplies are 208-230V, 380-420V,440-480V,50Hz or 60Hz, 3phase.

    Such in Philippines ,the power supply is 220V 60HZ 3PH , 380V 60HZ 3PH ,460V 60HZ 3PH;

    in Singapore and Malaysia ,the power supply is 415V 50HZ 3PH;

    in Mexico ,the power supply is 220V 60HZ 3PH;

    In USA ,the power supply is 208V 60HZ 3PH;575V 60HZ 3PH;480V 60HZ 3PH and so on

    2.3 Oil Pump and Oil Tank

    Please confir, the oil chiller whether need built with oil pump and oil tank inside  or not ?

    2.4 Refrigerant

    R22, R410A, R407C, R404A, R134A are optional choices.

    R22: good cooling effect, but R22 is considered a powerful greenhouse gas, so it’s forbidden in most countries.

    R410A: eco-friendly, R-410A has replaced R-22 as the preferred refrigerant for use in residential and commercial air conditioners in Japan, Europe, and the United States. R-410A operates at higher pressures than other refrigerants.

    R407C: a good replacement for R22, good cooling effect.

    R404A: suitable for application that requires low temperature(below -10°c).

    R134A: a non-flammable gas used primarily as a “high-temperature” refrigerant, suitable for air-cooled chiller working at a high ambient temperature above 50℃.
