General Information Need Confirm When You Choose Chiller Machine

Water chillers are refrigeration machines are commonly used in brewing, dairy, industrial, medical ,plastic industry and other applications help ensure your equipment stays cool during processing,no matter which industry the chiller you used in ,when you choose a water chiller for our application, there are some general information need confirm before ordering.
1. please specify the cooling capacity in Ton/Btu/h/KW/Kcal/h you need.
2. which type of chiller you prefer, air cooled chiller or water cooled chiller and what is the difference?
Air cooled chiller is easy to install and move the location, but it is more strict to the operation ambient temperature( better to use it under 40℃)
However water cooled chiller performs well in the cooling efficiency ,specially in the high operated ambient temperature (above 40℃), but it should have enough clean water resources and not convenient to move the unit as it need cooling tower and cooling water pump to work together.
In a word ,if you don’t have existing water cooling tower ,we suggest you choose air cooled chiller ,which is more easy for installation.
3. which type of evaporator should be chosen for your chiller?
There are three types of evaporator: standard one water tank with coil, Shell and tube and Plate heat exchanger.
Water tank with coil evaporator applied to the closed water system.
Shell and Tube evaporator applied to the open system, normally there is a water tank (or water sink) in customer side .
PHE applied to the open pure water system. Since it have more strictly requests for the quality of the water .
4.you also need confirm the power supply for your chiller .
Different countries and regions have different standards for industrial electricity, the common power supplies are 208-230V, 380-420V,440-480V,50Hz or 60Hz, 3phase.

Such in Philippines ,the power supply is 220V 60HZ 3PH , 380V 60HZ 3PH ,460V 60HZ 3PH;
in Singapore and Malaysia ,the power supply is 415V 50HZ 3PH;
in Mexico ,the power supply is 220V 60HZ 3PH;
In USA ,the power supply is 208V 60HZ 3PH;575V 60HZ 3PH;480V 60HZ 3PH and so on
Other special information need to specify like need the big water flow or pump pressure or remote control system or non-corrosion material.
